Questions, answered

Is the trial free?

Yes, completely. Click Start 3-Day Free Trial, log in with your email, and you get a trial license key with full access to the Importer panel for 3 days. There's no automatic charge.

Is a card required?

No. The trial needs only your email. You never enter card or UPI details unless you decide to subscribe.

What happens after 3 days?

The Importer panel locks, and nothing is charged. To keep going, activate Importer for ₹99/month or upgrade to Premium for ₹149/month.

Does Premium have a trial?

No. The free trial is for the Importer plan only. Premium is ₹149/month and is covered by the 7-day refund policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans renew monthly, and you can cancel in My Account with one click. Your license keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Can reinstalling restart the trial?

No. There's one free trial per person and per computer. Reinstalling the plugin or using another email on the same PC won't start a new one.

Are files uploaded anywhere?

No. Videos download straight to the folder you choose on your PC and are imported from there. Your projects and files never leave your computer.

Can I use it on more than one PC?

Each license, including the trial key, activates on one computer. If you change machines, email support and we'll move the activation for you.

What's the difference between Importer and Premium?

Importer (₹99/month) unlocks the Importer panel. You can paste links from YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook with unlimited downloads and no quality limits. Premium (₹149/month) includes everything in Importer, plus the Premium panel with an embedded Google/Chrome extension workflow, so you can browse those sites and download right from the panel.

How do I get my license key?

Your license key (format ACT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) appears on screen right after you start your trial or once Razorpay confirms your payment. It's also emailed to you with the download link and activation steps, and it's always in My Account.

Can I upgrade from Importer to Premium?

Yes. Subscribe to Premium from this page or from My Account. Premium gets its own license key that unlocks both panels.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.

Is it legal to download videos?

A Cuts is a tool, and you're responsible for how you use it. Only download content you own, have permission to use, or that's licensed for reuse, and follow each platform's terms of service.
